Fevly is a personal health tracking tool designed to help you record symptoms, temperature, medications, and notes during illness. It is intended for informational and organizational purposes only.

Fevly does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The app does not replace professional medical consultation. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition.

Accuracy
While we strive to provide useful tracking tools, we make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of any information displayed in the app. Temperature readings, medication timers, and other data are based on user input.

User Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of data you enter
- Following your doctor's advice, not the app's suggestions
- Seeking emergency medical care when needed
- Keeping your device secure to protect your health data

Subscription
Fevly offers an auto-renewable subscription:
- Fevly 3 Month Access — $2.99 every 3 months
- Includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers
- Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings
- No refunds for partial subscription periods

Medication Timers
Medication timers and reminders are convenience features only. They do not replace medical advice about dosing schedules. Always follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions for medication timing and dosage.

Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fevly and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this app.
